Payment Method
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For your protection, Credit Card orders will be shipped only to your billing address, and are subject to verification and approval. Please note that our Prices are Cash Discounted. Payment by Cash, Check or Money Order allows us to pass this pricing on to Customers. Non-Cash Payment by Credit Card, Purchase Order, or other will be charged at Non-Cash Discounted rates.

Santech accepts Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, company checks and personal checks in U.S. Dollars only. All Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to Santech. Orders paid for by Money Order or Cashier's Check will be processed upon receipt. Processing of orders paid by personal or company check are dependent upon clearance of funds after receipt of the check by Santech. A delay of up to ten (10) business days may be necessary for funds to clear, prior to processing an order. Any returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.

Santech accepts C.O.D. orders. (An additional $7.00 will be charged for each C.O.D. order.) For C.O.D. Shipments, we require that a copy of the Cashier's Check or Money Order be faxed to 1-310-473-6100 prior to shipping. Our Sales Representatives are available at (888) 923-1000 to provide accurate shipping costs witch must be included on orders to any destination. (Sales tax must be included on all orders for shipment within California.) 

Purchase Orders (P.O.'s) are accepted from Corporate, Educational and Government organizations only. A P.O. number should be provided at the time an order is placed to ensure proper billing. 
Santech retains title to items being purchased from Santech until such time as items have been paid for in full by the Purchaser, at which time title passes to Purchaser.

Shipping
We ship by Federal Express or by UPS. within the continental United States. (Extra charges may apply for shipment to Alaska and Hawaii.) Santech will ship your product to you by the best method available to meet your specific needs. Shipping options include Next Day, Second Day, or Ground Shipping. (FedEx Priority, in areas where available, provides delivery by 10:30AM (EST) the following day.) Shipping charges are calculated based on total weight of all items in your order. 

A minimum shipping fee of $5.00 will be charged on all orders. Please note that for any shipment that is refused, a fee will be automatically assessed. $25.00. Santech cannot be held responsible for late or delayed shipments arising from courier delays.. 

Backorders
At Santech, we are continually updating our on line product selection so that we may offer our customers access to the most up-to-date products. Our product database consists of over 80,000 computer hardware and software products. Because product availability of varies from item to item and is dependent upon a number of factors outside our control, items requested may not always be in stock. 

If an item is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item becomes available. You may cancel a backorder at any time--prior to shipping--by contacting our Sales Department at (888)923-1000 or by email at  Sales@Sanetch.net

Phone orders placed and credit-approved by 4:00 PM (EST) Monday - Friday for items in stock may be shipped that same day. [See above for Shipping Options]

Sanetch Online Orders
Online orders placed and credit-approved by 4:00 PM (EST) Monday - Friday for items in stock which require no additional configuration may be shipped anywhere within the contiguous U.S. that same say. [See above for Shipping Options].

Order Acceptance Policy
In order to protect the interests of our customers, all orders placed for over $2,000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our Credit Department. Additional verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any initial order. 

The receipt of an electronic order confirmation (fax, email, or other) by Santech does not automatically constitute either the acceptance of that order by Santech, nor a confirmation by Santech of an offer to sell. Acceptance of an order will require confirmation by Santech, and is dependent upon final availability of product. Santech reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit order quantities of any product to any customer.

Price & Availability
Please note that our Prices are Cash Discounted. [Please see Payment Method above.] Because of the rapidly changing nature of our business, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. If a product is not in stock when you place your order, we will do our best to let you know when we estimate the arrival of that product. Please note that Product and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipment; Santech reserves the right to substitute equivalent items. [See also Backorders above]

Photographic, Typo's and Technical Errors
We do our best to be accurate but occasionally mistakes do occur. We are not responsible for any typographical, photographic or technical errors. 

Return Policy
All purchases are final: No refunds or credit, unless a product is determined to be defective. Defective product can be exchanged or repaired at Santech, at its sole discretion, within 30 days of sale. (Exception: Repairs and exchanges of defective IBM hardware must be arranged for directly with IBM.) 

Laser printers, inkjet printers, fax machines, and special order items may only be returned for a replacement and not for a refund. Defective software products may be exchanged for the same title only. Santech cannot accept any opened, non-defective software Returns.

All non-defective product Returns for credit or exchange are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice. 

In order to receive maximum credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as new" condition: In original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. 

No Returns will be accepted without an R.A. ("Return Authorized") number. R.A. numbers are valid for ten (10) days after issue. All R.A. numbers must appear on the shipping label. The RA number may be written on a separate piece of paper and taped to the box you are returning. Please do not mark the actual box. 

To request a Return Authorization number, call our Customer Service Dept. at (888) 923-1000. An R.A. number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full Manufacturer's Warranty. Warranty periods and services provided vary by manufacturer and product. 

Return shipments of R.A. ("Return Authorized") items are done by UPS Ground. (Next Day delivery may be requested provided the customer pays the difference in shipment cost charged by the carrier.) 

Manufacturer Warranties
Beyond thirty (30) days from the date of sale, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the Manufacturer. Manufacturer's warranties vary from product to product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice. (On selected merchandise, Extended Warranties are also available through Santech.)

International Policy
All of our products are purchased for sale in the United States. By law, Santech is not allowed to sell some products outside the borders of the United States. If you purchase items for export, you must obtain from the Federal government certain export documentation and you may not be able to register your products with the Manufacturer, receive Technical Support, or Upgrades on such Product.

Santech make no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the compatibility and performance of products sold outside the United States. There are no money back guarantees on any product sold outside the United States. 

In the event that defective product is returned, the customer must pay all freight, transportation, and any additional charges to return the defective products to our distribution center. We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, regulations, or restrictions of products entering any foreign domain or being returned to the United States. Placing an order for shipment outside of the United States constitutes an acceptance of the above and an agreement to abide by the foregoing policies. 

International Payment Method
All overseas customers paying by Credit Card will be required to fax a copy of the front and back of their Credit Card to 1-310-473-6100.

Product Liability Disclaimer
Santech expressly disclaims all warranties either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Santech shall have no liability to anyone for incidental or consequential damages or any other liability, loss or damage arising out of or related to the merchandise. All merchandise is sold on an "as is" basis. Santech makes no warranty as to the performance of any merchandise sold. We are not responsible for system 'down time', data loss, or other arising from the sale of a Manufacturer's product. This disclaimer by Santech in no way affects the terms of a Manufacturer's Warranty, if any. All trademarks or service marks are the property of their respective owners.

The foregoing policies and terms are subject to change without notice. Santech reserves the right to do business with any individual or business. All trademarks and registered trademarks are used to benefit and without intent to infringe on the respective trademark holder.
