Trouble Ticket System

In most cases, Santech will require that a trouble ticket be issued in order to help our technicians become familiar with the problem before they begin working on it. The form is available online to be downloaded (Word or PDF formats) and can be faxed to (310) 473-6100 or emailed to tech_support@santech.net.
