APPOINTMENT
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We respect your valuable time, and make every effort to stay on schedule. If you should need to change an appointment time, we need at least 24 hours notice so that your reserved time may be given to another patient in need of care. EMERGENCIES If you should ever have a dental emergency, please call immediately so we may arrange to help you as soon as possible. After hours, call our office and you will be directed to our emergency phone number. DENTAL INSURANCE As a courtesy to you, we will assist you in processing your insurance claims. We are very knowledgeable in helping you obtain your maximum benefits. It is important to understand that your dental insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company, and that you are ultimately responsible for your bill. FINANCIAL POLICY Most of our patients pay for treatment as it is rendered. For those requiring extensive care, financial arrangements can be made in advance with our business manager. |
